TheRating List files, containing detailsofthelocationand rateablevaluesofeach ofthenon-
domesticpropertiesintheList, arecurrentlyavailablefor boththe 2005and2010RatingListsin
EnglandandWales. Dataspecificationsare providedinPart Two.
ThisSummaryValuation (SMV)filesprovide abreakdown and explanationofhowa rateable value
hasbeenassessedandare alsocurrentlyavailable forboththe2005 and2010Rating Listsin
EnglandandWales. Dataspecificationsare providedinPart Three.
However,please notethat:
Summaryvaluationsarenotavailable for allratingassessmentsin theRating
Lists-currentlyabout80%ofassessmentshavea summaryvaluation; and
