"Supplying Demands" - Quest - Fallout 76 (2024)

Objectives:

• Report to Paladin Rahmani about Foundation
• Go to Foundation's Supply Room
• (Optional) Talk to Shin
• Speak with Gloria Chance
• Ask Gloria Chance about the weapons
• Go to the weapon testing site
• Investigate the weapon testing site
• Listen to the "Weapon Demonstration" Holotape
• Find out where "Mike" went
• Find the Terminal Password
• Investigate Kerwood Mine
• Talk to Mike Tiller
• Find a way to reach the weapons
• (Optional) Collect a Hazmat Dive Suit
• Unlock the Back Tunnel Door
• Reach the weapons
• Deal with Mike Tiller
• Collect the weapons cache
• Return to Foundation's Supply Room
• Talk to Gloria Chance
• Report back to Paladin Rahmani

Report to Paladin Rahmani about Foundation

• Go Paladin Rahmani and let her know that the settlers of Foundation have acquired the missle launchers.

• Paladin Rahmani will ask you to go to Foundation to secure the weapons and make a trade deal.

Go to Foundation's Supply Room

• Go to Foundation and find Gloria Chance in theSupply Room to see if you can get the weapons back and secure a trade deal between Foundation and Fort Atlas.

(Optional) Talk to Shin

• Find Knight Shin and tell him thatPaladin Rahmani wants to establish a trade deal with Foundation.

• If you have a +5 to perception, you will be able to point out that Shin has his own opinions on the matter at hand.

Speak with Gloria Chance

• Speak to Gloria Chance and you will be given the chance to take 2500 caps from her or tell the truth and let her know you are a representative of the Brotherhood of Steel.

Ask Gloria Chance about the weapons

• You will be given the option to ask Gloria about the missing weapons to find out that some members of the town watch took the weapons to check them out at the East Mountain Lookout.

Go to the weapon testing site

• Go to the East Mountain Lookout.

Investigate the weapon test site

• Look around the weapon test site and you will find several dead bodies from Foundation.
• Find the "Weapon Demonstration Holotape".

Listen to the "Weapon Demonstration" Holotape

• Listen to the"Weapon Demonstration" Holotape to find out that someone named Mike accidentally killed the other settlers from Foundation.

Find out where "Mike" went

• After listening to the holotape, investigate the terminal nearby to find out you need to find a secret password to access it.

Find the Terminal Password

• Examine Mike's bag and search its contents.

• You will find an password Holotape tucked into one of the pockets.

Find out where "Mike" went

• Return to the terminal and select "Seecrut! Keep out!" to unlock the terminal.

• Select "Entry 03 - Kerwood Mine".

• Read the entry to find out where Mike is hiding.

Investigate Kerwood Mine

• Find and enter the Kerwood Mine.

• Fight off the Mole Miners and Mole Rats inside of the mine.

Talk to Mike Tiller

• Once you have defeated all of the enemies in the immediate area speak to Mike.

• You will find Mike hiding into a grated room with a latched door.
• He will tell you to leave him alone with the Brotherhood weapons and that the only other way to him is flooded.

Find a way to reach the weapons

• Investigate the area further to find a another way to Mike.

(Optional) Collect a Hazmat Dive Suit

• Find a Diving Gear Crate and takethe "Cave Diving Suit".
• Put on the suit to gain water breathing and immunity from water radiation and diseases.

Find a way to reach the weapons

• Find the Kerwood Back Tunnel Key inside of a File Cabinet.

Unlock the Back Tunnel Door

• Find the Back Tunnel Door and use theKerwood Back Tunnel Key to unlock it.

Reach the weapons

• Continue through the door to explore the mines further.

(Optional) Search for sunken valuables

• In the sunken mines you will find 3 red and white bowling bags labeled as hiddenvaluables that will give a randomized reward once completed.

Deal with Mike Tiller

• Speak to Mike Tiller and decide on how you wish to deal with him.

• You will be given the option to either attack Mike, send him back to foundation with the weapons, take the weapons, or tell him to run away.

• If you take the weapons he will give you the BOS Weapons Key so you can take the weapons.

Collect the weapons cache

• Go to the Steamer Trunk and use the BOS Weapons Key to unlock it.

• Take the BOS Weapons Cache out of the trunk.

Return to Foundation's Supply Room

• Enter into the Supply Room at Foundation.

Talk to Gloria Chance

• Make a deal with Foundation.

Report back to Paladin Rahmani

• Return to Fort Atlas to speak with Paladin Rahmani to finish the quest.
